Branded mobile animations for use as wallpapers and screen savers are currently being developed for distribution on mobile phones.

These reactive animations, with two examples simulated here in video, are small applications which tap into phone functionality - such as time of day – and react accordingly.

This is demonstrated in the Winter Snowmen animation. At night-time on the mobile phone, the sky in the wallpaper animation also grows dark and the moon appears around the clock. As morning dawns, the sun in the animation appears accordingly and the sky changes through twilight to blue while the snowmen play.

As you can see, the sky also changes colour according to the time of day in Present Carousel - where the little girl is delighted by her Christmas presents and Santa helpfully tells the time!
